Reading books at the right level can inspire motivation!


Andrew Boon is a professor in the faculty of Global Communications at Toyo Gakuen University, Tokyo, Japan. He has been teaching in Japan for over 20 years and holds a PhD from Aston University. He has presented at numerous conferences, written course books and graded readers, and has published articles on teacher development, motivation, and methodology. In this interview, Andy talks about his professional teaching career and focusses on his journey to publishing an extensive series of graded readers.
